  • Our hours of operation are Monday to Friday, 8 am to 9 pm, and Saturday, 9am to 1 pm.

    After-hours, Sundays, and public holidays are available via phone and whatsapp appointment enquiries.

  • Your insurance plan may require a doctor’s referral for physiotherapy in order for you to be reimbursed for your physiotherapy sessions. It is best to check with your company or insurer regarding your insurance plan and its conditions.

  • The time it takes to feel better after physiotherapy varies greatly depending on the nature and severity of your condition, your overall health, and adherence to your treatment plan, but you can typically expect to see improvements within 2 to 4 sessions of consistent treatment. 

  • Come to your appointment dressed in your daily attire, preferably stretchy material that doesn’t restrict your movement. We have shorts on the premises that can be provided if required. 

  • Our gymnasium has a variety of Pilates equipment , strength and conditioning  work station, advanced performance assessment tools such as VALD, state-of-the-art electrotherapy machines such as shockwave, blood-flow restriction, pneumatic therapy

  • Prohealth Hong Kong clinics provide direct billing services to several insurance partners: Cigna, Bupa and AXA.

  • We would appreciate it if you could give us a notification 24 hours before your appointment (excluding Sundays, eve and public holidays). Otherwise, you will be charged 100% of the consultation fee.

  • Our clinics remains open under Typhoon Signal No. 1 or No. 3, as well as during Amber or Red Rainstorm Warnings.

    In the event of a Black Rainstorm Warning Signal, the clinic will remain open, but for safety, we advise you to stay in your current location.

    If a Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above is issued, the clinic will close immediately.

    Should a signal be lowered before 2 PM, the clinic will aim to resume operations within two hours, though appointments will be subject to therapist confirmation. If the signal is lowered after 2 PM, the clinic will remain closed for the rest of the day, with appointments subject to therapist confirmation.
