Highly recommend my physio therapist Maritza! She has and continues to help me through my pregnancy journey. She was able to help me with maintain my diastitis recti to a minimum, and the exercises have given me confidence in managing my core and muscles. Only a few weeks until my due date but I feel more prepared and reassured :)

I started experiencing pelvic pain in the second trimester of my pregnancy and began seeing my physiotherapist, Maritza Lue. After 3 sessions with her, the pain has decreased dramatically thanks to performing clinical Pilates exercises under her guidance, and tweaking some of my food choices. I have continued to see Maritza weekly as I find my sessions with her definitely contribute to a smoother and more comfortable pregnancy journey, which is important to the wellbeing of any mama-to-be.
