💔 1 in 4 women experience a miscarriage and I want to raise awareness for those who feel alone on this journey. It’s been a month since I completed my miscarriage, and here are 5 things I wish I knew: 1️⃣ Your body has gone through a lot. Don’t. Look. Back. (Long read) I am holding onto this as I re-begin my fitness journey. What a motto because all I’ve been doing lately is looking back. A while ago I shared how uncomfortable I’ve been in my own skin - and last week I felt the worst I have in years. Since 2024 Jan beginning to try for a baby I have gained around 7kg and I am now at my heaviest in the last 5 years. Combination of hormones, constant injecting, being pregnant…just the lot. I haven’t exercised in over 1.5 years due to constant fertility procedures. But this post is the mark of 1 week of my restarting of healthy eating, exercising, sleeping early and reducing my lifestyle stress. I hope in 3 months time I can show you all my progress. This year we did something really meaningful in Seoul, we made a perfume based on scents that increased our Brain activity when we smelt them coupled with looking at a significant photo. Angela’s Profile

I moved to the UK in Kindergarten, growing up in a small English town. I completed my Physiotherapy degree at The University of Nottingham (UK), and immediately specialised in musculoskeletal Physiotherapy. I've worked in the NHS, private sector, as well as a professional football team during their season in the British EFL Championship.

In 2018 I opened my first clinic in the UK, and expanded into a second in 2019 before relocating to Hong Kong. I have a special interest in treating work related injuries and spinal pain due to poor working postures. I enjoy using hands-on techniques and doing a western and eastern mixed approach, I believe there is no "best treatment", the best treatment is a good mix of techniques that cover all aspects of the person and their pain.

I treat all musculoskeletal conditions but my special interest is in spinal pain, especially neck and lower back, as well as postural correction. I particularly enjoy “balancing” people back out when they are wonky and imbalanced. Majority of my case load is filled by my office warriors and I love them! Not only do I love a good natter (a chat), I truly thrive on seeing them feel better as they leave my room, a happy customer indeed!
